proximity to transport into Brisbane. Situated in a good and pleasant area.
Some of the facillities were dated and needed repair. For instance when I closed the bathroom door ( a sliding one) the metal bar over the top of the door fell onto my upper arm and apart from being very painful the large bruise has only recently faded, three weeks later.Owner not too apologetic.
